We will not be satisfied with statements such as "We support artisans."
We want evidence. We want to be able to answer one question every year:
What changed because Divya India existed?
What We Measure
Divya India is committed to measuring and documenting real, verifiable impact across four dimensions:
Knowledge Impact — What did we discover, document and preserve?
Cultural Impact — What traditions did we promote and protect?
Artisan Impact — Whose livelihoods improved? By how much?
Community Impact — How many villages, families and younger generations were connected to their heritage?
Our Impact Framework
Every artisan we work with is documented — not as a supplier, but as a custodian of knowledge.
- Village and community
- Craft tradition and technique
- Income before and after partnership
- Family members dependent on the craft
- Younger generation involvement
- Women's participation
- Products and markets reached
The Annual Impact Report
Every year, Divya India will publish an Annual Impact Report — documenting not financial performance, but cultural and human impact. It will include successes as well as shortcomings, because credibility requires honesty.
Our first Impact Report will be published in 2027.
Our Commitment
We stand for impact over appearance. We will measure what actually changes — and report it honestly, year after year.
